Jim joined Civic Bank & Trust in December of 2007 as Vice President/Branch Manager. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all daily branch operations, growing core deposits, working with consumer and small business loan clients and business development.  A veteran of the banking industry with more than 19 years of experience.

Jim is a graduate of Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a BS in Business Management.

Irene is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the bank's credit and lending staff. A veteran of the banking industry with more than 39 years of experience. Irene joined the Civic Bank & Trust team in January 2009.

Irene's previous employment included serving as a loan documentation specialist at The Bank of Nashville.

Jonathan joined Civic Bank & Trust in June 2007 and his responsibilities include analyzing and the underwriting for loans. In addition to that Jonathan provides weekly and monthly reports for the bank and board members.

Jonathan is a graduate of Belmont University with a degree in accounting.

Melissa joined Civic Bank & Trust in September 2006 and has 24 year's of experience in the banking industry.  Melissa is responsible for handling the day to day activities of the back room deposit operations area.

 Melissa previously served as a Deposit Operations Assistant at Bank of the South before joining Civic Bank & Trust. Melissa is a graduate of the Payment Institute for NACHA.

Cynthia joined Civic Bank & Trust in May 2006 and is responsible for the deposit operations area. A veteran in the banking industry with over 30 years experience.

Cynthia's previously served as the Assistant Vice President and Assistant Manager of operations with Suntrust Bank. Cynthia also teaches Sunday school at the Greenhill Church in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Georgia was previously employed as the Vice President of Loan Administration at First Federal Savings Bank.
