Tom joined Civic Bank & Trust in November 2007 and is responsible for managing and growing the bank's portfolio of commerical credits and is a veteran of the banking industry with over 24 year's of experience.

Tom previously served as a Vice President and Senior Credit Administration Officer at Metairie Bank & Trust Company in LA. After earning a bachelor of art's, Tom earned his master's of business administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

Robert joined Civic Bank & Trust in September 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. His primary responsibilities include processing client transactions, proof reconciler, supervise teller row, procurement officer and sales referrals.

Robert attended Calhoun Community College in Huntsville, Alabama. Upon moving to Nashville in 2004, Robert has worked in retail as a store manager, and is an accomplished musician. Robert volunteers his time and musical gifts as an active member of his churches musical program.

Robert joined the bank in August of 2008 as the President and CEO. His primary responsibilities are to manage, direct and oversee the overall operations of the Bank. Robert is a graduate from Austin Peay State University and the Nashville School of Law.

Ellen Hackett

Ellen has served as the bank's Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer since joining Civic Bank & Trust in November 2008. Her Chief Responsibilities include overseeing the bank's lending staff and risk management of the bank's lending function. Ms. Hackett is a 21 year banking veteran who began her career as an associate national bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. She has held various different bank positions all relating to bank lending or the credit administration functions. Ms.

Kim Roek

Kim's responsibilities include overseeing the deposit operations area, human resources and assistant to both the President and COO. A veteran of the banking industry with more than 17 years of banking experience, Kim joined Civic Bank & Trust in July 2005.

Prior to Civic Bank & Trust, Kim was the Assistant Vice President and Deposit Operations Manager at Bank of the South, located in Mt Juliet Tennessee.

Marquica Beasley

Marquica joined Civic Bank & Trust in April 2006 and currently has 13 years of banking experience. Marquica is currently responsible for opening new accounts and assisting customers with any financial questions. Marquica acts as the banks assistant Bank Secrecy Act program officer. Marquica's experience includes Deposit Operations, Commercial Loans and Mortgage loan processing.
