Tom joined Civic Bank & Trust in November 2007 and is responsible for managing and growing the bank’s portfolio of commerical credits and is a veteran of the banking industry with over 24 year’s of experience.
Tom previously served as a Vice President and Senior Credit Administration Officer at Metairie Bank & Trust Company in LA. After earning a bachelor of art’s, Tom earned his master’s of business administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
