Activate or Reset the Personal Identification Number (PIN)

To activate a new Civic Bank Debit Card or to reset the personal identification number (PIN) please call 1-800-567-3451.

When calling this number, the automated computer system will attempt to recognize the phone number you are calling from (verifying it against the phone number on file for your account).  If it does not recognize the number, you will be prompted to input the 16 digit account number on your card. Follow the prompts to activate your card or to change the PIN number.

Note: You do not have to know your current PIN in order to request for a new one. 

For authentication purposes, you will be asked to verify the following 3 questions:

  1. Social Security number
  2. CVT (3 digits on the back of the card)
  3. Expiration date on the card
